Payment Terms Legislation In Mexico

The Association of Entrepreneurs of Mexico has launched a platform encouraging larger firms to pay smaller suppliers within 30 days in response to the 2020 Covid pandemic. The association has also proposed a bill to the government which would require all private and public entities to pay suppliers in 30 days unless expressly agreed otherwise.
