The Law on the Delivery of Payments to Suppliers, 5777-2017, sets maximum payment terms for suppliers of government institutions at 30 days from the end of the month or 45 days from the invoice. Exceptional terms apply for local authorities and the maximum terms for construction contracts are 85 day from invoice.
